This policy explains what data the Football Ticket Pro app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why, and your rights over it. It applies to the iOS and Android app. If you have questions, contact us at support@footballticketpro.com.
Who we are
Football Ticket Pro is operated by Heski Strassman, trading as Football Ticket Pro, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect
We deliberately collect as little as possible. We do not use advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

We do not collect your name beyond what you provide, your location, your contacts, your photos, or any payment-card details (subscription payments are handled on our website, not in the app).
How it's used and shared
Your data is used solely to run the alert service. We share it only with the service providers that make the app work:
- Expo — delivers push notifications to your device.
- Railway — hosts our backend servers and database.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Notifications
Push notifications are used to send you ticket-drop alerts for clubs you follow. They are not required to use the app — you can browse your alerts and manage your clubs with notifications turned off — and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
Data retention
We keep your data only while your account is active. When you delete your account (see below), we permanently erase your account and all associated personal data from our systems.
Your rights — including deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app: open Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your alert settings, your devices, and your usage records from our servers. You may also email support@footballticketpro.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the UK GDPR / EU GDPR.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and update the date above.
