Common questions

How do I log in?
Open the app, enter the email address you subscribed with on our website, and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Enter the code to sign in — no password needed.

I'm not getting alerts.

1. Open the app → Alerts and make sure notifications are enabled (tap Enable alerts if prompted).
2. Check your phone's Settings → Notifications → Football Ticket Pro are turned on.
3. Open Clubs and make sure the club you want isn't muted.

Which clubs am I subscribed to?
Open Clubs to see your subscriptions and turn alerts on or off per club.

How do I delete my account?
Open Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and data.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is managed on the Football Ticket Pro website where you signed up.
